- Hintergrund, Untergrund (Grundgeräusch)
- Im Schweißkontext oft Hintergrundstrom (bei Puls-Schweißen) oder Grundgeräusch.
- In welding context often background current (in pulsed welding) or basic noise level.

- symmetrische Belastung, gleichseitige Belastung
- Gleichmäßige Verteilung der Last auf Phasen (bei Drehstrom-Schweißgeräten wichtig).
