Urdu and Irish are Indo-European languages and even though they are geographically very far apart there are many similarities between them.

Let us compare an Urdu word with an Irish phrase: Kohinoor and Cnoc an óir.

There is another interesting comparison I would like to make between the Urdu word Kinara and the Irish word Cinn Mhara (Kinvara in English): Kinara and Cinn Mhara (Kinvara).

Now we would like to compare Irish (Gaelic) and Urdu/Hindi numerals.

The Irish word "báisteach" (rain in English) has some interesting similarities with Urdu and Hindi, etc.
