Kernbereich

core area, core range, core zone (safety/hazardous area), main operating range (control/valves), active area (sensors/optics), central zone / core region (mechanical design), primary zone (process/reactors), effective range (measurement/calibration), central region / inner zone

Der zentrale, primäre oder wirksamste Bereich eines technischen Bauteils, Systems oder Prozesses, in dem die Hauptfunktion mit optimaler Leistung, höchster Präzision oder größter Intensität erfüllt wird. Beispiele: linearer Arbeitsbereich eines Regelventils, Hochflusszone in einem Reaktor, zentraler Erfassungsbereich eines Sensors oder Kernspannungsbereich einer Welle unter Torsion. Außerhalb nimmt die Leistung meist ab oder gelten besondere Bedingungen.

The central, primary or most effective region of a technical component, system or process where the main function is performed with optimal performance, highest precision or greatest intensity. Examples: linear operating range of a control valve, high-flux zone in a reactor, central detection area of a sensor, or core stress region in a shaft under torsion. Outside this area, performance typically drops or special conditions apply.

Vision systems: Drehung/Winkelverstellung einer Kamera oder eines Objektivs um die horizontale Achse (Nickbewegung). Kipp ist einer der drei extrinsischen Orientierungsparameter (neben Pan und Roll). Wird bei Montage eingestellt oder bei Kalibrierung kompensiert, um Sichtfeld und Perspektive korrekt zu halten.

Vision systems context: Rotational adjustment or angular deviation of a camera/lens around the horizontal axis (pitch). Tilt is one of the three primary extrinsic orientation parameters (alongside pan and roll). Set during installation or compensated during calibration to achieve correct field of view and perspective.

1. Lösung/Klärung: Unklarheiten beseitigen, Fragen lösen, Spezifikationen bestätigen (Projektmanagement/Dokumentation).
2. Verfahrenstechnik: Schwerkraft-Sedimentation zur Entfernung suspendierter Feststoffe aus Flüssigkeiten (Abwasser-/Industrie-Reinigung).

1. Resolution: Address ambiguities, solve open questions, confirm specs (project/documentation).
2. Process engineering: Gravity sedimentation to remove suspended solids from liquids (wastewater/industrial purification).

Bestimmter Bereich in einer Kläranlage oder Verfahrenseinheit, in dem Feststoffe durch Schwerkraft aus der Flüssigkeit abgetrennt werden (Sedimentation). Enthält Klärbecken; gereinigtes Wasser fließt ab, Schlamm wird gesammelt.

Designated area in a wastewater treatment plant or process unit where solids are separated from liquid by gravity (sedimentation). Houses clarifier tanks; cleaned water overflows, sludge is collected.
